If the products you receive do not correspond to your order, or if they are defective, you must contact us at shop@oelvassad.com with an explanation of the problem.

We also ask that you send photographs of the problem in question so that we can quickly resolve the issue.

When contacting our customer support, always provide your order number so that we can more easily identify the order in question.

For mainland Portugal:

From 3 working days for orders paid before 3pm.

For international deliveries:

From 5 working days for orders paid before 1pm

Deliveries vary depending on the destination.

The communicated delivery times may be changed due to circumstances beyond O Elvas SAD’s control, such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Absent Recipient
  • Shipping company delays

Delivery dates are forecasts and are not under the responsibility of O Elvas SAD but rather under the responsibility of the transport company. Due to various factors, expected delivery dates may change. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide the customer with resources to locate the order, such as a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
