Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European and Portuguese legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

  • Send a written communication via email to geral@oelvassad.com or by mail to Rua dos Chilões N.2, 7350-078 Elvas within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Attach the purchase receipt to the written communication.
  • Return the products intact, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted unless they are defective.
  • Shipping costs for returning products will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors attributable to O Elvas SAD.

3. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and it is verified that the products are in acceptable condition, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of defective products or shipping errors, in addition to the purchase price refund, we will also reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the product.

4. Replacements and Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original product following the return procedure indicated above.
  • Replacements will only be accepted for products that have not been personalized.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately at geral@oelvassad.com with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defect or damage.
  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed for the return or replacement of the product at no additional cost.
